What is autologous fat transfer?
Autologous simply means the grafts are taken from an areas of excess fat on your body such as the abdomen,  love handles , hips or thighs. Autologous fat transfer involves transplanting very small samples of fatty tissue from one area to another on your body, usually to increase volumes in deficient areas.

What are the advantages of autologous fat transfer versus other techniques like facial fillers?
Synthetic fillers (hyaluronic acid, collagen, etc) are gradually broken down by the body. Fat transfer makes use of your own tissues, which eliminates any potential complication associated with foreign materials.

Unlike the use of synthetic facial fillers, fat transfer does involve a second surgical site, for harvesting the fat cells. However, as this is usually from an area of excess, it is seen by many as an advantage. In cases where there is a need for a large volume of filling material, a cost effective approach would be to use fat transfer.

What is Brazilian butt augmentation?
A common autologous fat transfer procedure is the “Brazilian buttock area augmentation.” The Brazilian butt augmentation has growing rapidly in popularity. It allows men and women to enhance their buttocks to a more voluptuous and well-curved contours without the surgical insertion and large incisions of buttock foreign implants. It is a more natural alternative than buttock implants. Most patients prefer using their own fat to add volume and shape to their butts, where there is the added of slimming their waste, back or thighs. This reshapes and refines the key areas of the buttock for increased volume, aesthetically pleasing curvature and proportion. Fat grafting assures lasting results and gives a very natural shape and feel to the buttocks.

Buttocks Fat Transplantation
Fat grafting is a technique in which excess fat from one part of the body acts as a donor site for another. The abdomen, hips, back, and thighs are common donor sites used to add shape to the buttocks. A gentle liposuction technique with tiny canulas is used to remove fat cells, which are then inserted into different layers of the buttocks through very small incisions. It is performed totally under local anesthesia and takes about one to two hours. It has the same high safety profile as bodysulpting procedure. Also, fat transplantation minimizes the risk of your body rejecting the fat cells. The amount of fat you can have transferred from donor site to your buttocks will depend on your individual aesthetic goals. Your ultimate results will usually appear smooth because we use several small incisions while evenly distributing the fat cells.

There is very little overall discomfort, which is easily handled by painkillers. Patients are able to sit shortly after buttock augmentation surgery and typically return to work within days. You will need to wear a compression garment for up to 2 weeks and you can resume regular exercise after 2 weeks. Postoperative machines protocols will be applied to alleviate the minor pain, smooth up the results, remove cellulites and help you recover faster. Your ultimate results will be evident after 6-8 weeks.

What areas of the body can be treated with this procedure?
This reshapes and refines the key areas of the buttock for increased volume, aesthetically pleasing curvature and proportion. Fat grafting assures lasting results and gives a very natural shape and feel to the buttocks.

During the process of aging particular facial fat areas diminish creating sagging in the skin, less youthful contours and shape.Areas that can be treated with fat injections include lips, temples, cheek bones, lines around mouth, under eye area (diminishes dark circles), jaw line, nasolabial folds (smile parentheses), scars due to acne, varicella, trauma or surgery. By re-creating the pleasing curves and volumes of youth, autologous fat transfer combines the benefits of facial rejuvenation surgery with a relatively low-risk procedure.
